The Only Manufacturer
of Injected PVC Footwear
in France

The injection molding process involves heating the PVC until it becomes sufficiently malleable. It is then injected into a mold under high pressure. Once this operation is complete, the plastic is cooled and hardens to take the shape of the mold.

This process is quick, efficient, and allows for the production of shoes in large quantities with optimal precision.

Beyond the recyclable nature of injected PVC in a monobloc form, it offers many advantages for the product, such as its lightness, durability, water resistance, and ease of cleaning. It also offers a wide variety of colors and finishes, often at a more affordable price compared to other manufacturing methods.

Today, the Humeau-Beaupréau Group is the sole French manufacturer of injected PVC for its footwear. Our Beaupréau-en-Mauges workshops house several injection carousel machines, each with a mold for each model and size.

Our Commitments
and the Benefits of PVC

  • The PVC used is primarily sourced locally in France.
  • It is guaranteed to be phthalate-free, lead-free, and 100% recyclable (unlike rubber, which is non-recyclable).
  • It is a low-maintenance material that offers good thermal insulation.
  • Production waste is ground down and reused to make black or dark PVC. At the Humeau-Beaupréau Group, nothing is wasted – everything is transformed!
  • Every year, 100 tons of post-production materials are recovered and re-injected into products from our various brands.
