A woman in Leadership

The first woman to take the presidency of the Group, Anne-Céline Humeau shares the management of the company with her brother, Guillaume Humeau, Chief Executive Officer. Together, they strike the right balance to develop the success of the family Group both in France and internationally.

After the transmission of leadership from father to son, and to the eldest of each generation, Anne-Céline Humeau’s arrival marks a significant step forward for the Humeau-Beaupréau Group. Since 2019, she has ensured the sustainability of the company and the preservation of local expertise. She continues the commitment of her predecessors to maintain “Made in France” production. Very attached to the long-standing values of the family Group, she is a strong advocate for the company’s social and environmental responsibility. In 2013, Anne-Céline Humeau became one of the founding members of Innoshoe®, the Charter for Footwear Consumer Protection. Since then, she has continued to ensure the safety of the models produced within the Group’s factories.
