A specialist in leather, the last French PVC injector, and a committed player in an eco-responsible approach, the Humeau-Beaupréau Group more than ever symbolizes the quality of French manufacturing and innovation within an industry undergoing a major transition.

Today, our Group employs 235 people and operates 2 production sites, including the historic headquarters in Beaupréau-en-Mauges.

• All Bopy collections are designed, conceptualized, and tested at our design office in Beaupréau. The manufacturing is carried out in our own factory in Tunisia. Notably, since 1905, the Humeau family has maintained and developed its leather expertise by internalizing the design process dedicated to children’s footwear.
• 80% of the Group’s PVC models (Méduse, Baudou, Umo, Plasticana) are produced in our workshop in Maine-et-Loire. It is important to note that since 2017, the Group has begun repatriating part of the production of the Méduse brand. The main priority? To preserve the “Made in France” ecosystem and to relocate the entire value chain of our business within the country.
